We are a volunteer-led network supporting migrant women in the Shepparton region, creating pathways for leadership, representation, and civic participation. We work towards a community where women from diverse backgrounds are connected, heard, seen, and represented.
Migrant women contribute across every part of the community. Yet their presence in leadership and civic spaces remains limited. The issue is not capability. It is access, information, and opportunity.
